• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• If you're a guest player, some features (like earning and redeeming points) may not be available until you create a full account.
• You're responsible for making sure the mobile number you use belongs to you and that you keep your OTP and account details private.
• One person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain extra points, rewards, or referral bonuses is not allowed and may result in all related accounts being suspended.

• You sign up using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) sent to that number.
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact us immediately at support@chaloonline.in.
• You can also play certain quizzes as a guest without creating an account, but guest progress and points may not be saved permanently.

FSR Quiz offers four types of quizzes:

• Daily Quiz — held twice a day. Answer 10 questions with a 10-second timer per question. The top 80% of players in each session win wallet points.
• Maha Quiz — a bigger event held twice a year, with higher stakes (+10 points for a correct answer, -10 for a wrong one) and a larger prize pool.
• Leaderboard Quiz — held weekly. This quiz doesn't add wallet points directly — instead, it applies a multiplier (0.5x to 5.0x) to your standing on the Annual Leaderboard.
• Practice Quiz — — available anytime, unlimited. This is for practice only and has no effect on your points or your rank.

• Points are earned by playing quizzes, maintaining streaks, referring friends, and other activities described in the app.
• 1 Point = ₹1 in value, but points are not the same as money. Points can only be used inside the app to redeem specific rewards — they cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to a bank account, or sent to another person directly.
• You cannot add money to your points balance from outside the app. There is no way to "buy" points with real money, and no way to "cash out" points for real money.
• • We may set daily, weekly, or per-quiz limits on how many points you can earn, as described in the app.

You can redeem your points for:

• Mobile recharge, DTH, and electricity bill payments payments (typically between ₹250 and ₹10,000, depending on the option chosen)
• E-vouchers for select brands like Amazon and Flipkart (typically between ₹500 and ₹5,000)
• Items in the in-app store

• You can invite friends to join FSR Quiz using your personal referral code.
• 1 Point = ₹1 You earn 10 points for each friend who joins using your code, up to a maximum of 5 friends (50 points total).
• Referral points are only credited once your friend applies your code — simply sharing the code isn't enough.
• Creating fake accounts or asking people to join without genuinely wanting to use the app, purely to earn referral points, is not allowed.

To keep the game fair for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or any automated tool to answer questions or play on your behalf
• Exploit bugs or errors in the app to gain points, rewards, or an unfair advantage
• Create multiple accounts, or use someone else's account
• Share OTPs, passwords, or account access with anyone else
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or tamper with the app
• Use any information from the app (like questions or answers) for a competing product

• All quiz questions, app design, graphics, logos, and the FSR Quiz name are owned by us (or licensed to us) and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission.
• If you submit anything to us (like feedback through a survey), you give us permission to use it to improve the app, without any payment owed to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We collect and use your personal information (like your mobile number and quiz activity) as described in our separate Privacy Policy. By using FSR Quiz, you also agree to that Privacy Policy. We handle your data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• We may add, remove, or change quiz formats, point values, redemption options, or any other feature of the app at any time, with or without advance notice, as the app evolves.
• We'll try to keep the app running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will always be available without interruption, and we're not responsible for losses caused by technical issues, maintenance, or events outside our control.

• You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time through the app's settings.
• We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we're required to by law, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to the platform or other users. Where possible, we'll try to let you know why.
• If your account is closed for breaking these terms, any unredeemed points may be forfeited

FSR Quiz is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for issues caused by factors outside our reasonable control (like network outages, third-party payment or voucher providers, or misuse of your account due to your own negligence). This doesn't affect any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law that can't be limited by these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know through the app or by other reasonable means. Continuing to use FSR Quiz after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled through the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
